Request account deletion.

You can ask us to permanently delete your Dilivygo account and associated personal data. Submit the form below and our privacy team will verify and process your request.

What happens next

  • We verify you own the account via your registered email or phone.
  • We delete your profile, credentials, preferences, and order history linked to your account.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days. You receive a confirmation email when done.
  • Data we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons is anonymized or retained only as required by law.

Prefer in-app deletion?

If you still have access, you can also delete your account directly: open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. This form is for users who cannot access the app or prefer a web request.
