GloriaFood shutdown guide
Whatever you switch to — Dilivygo or anyone else — export your menu, customer list, and order history before April 30, 2027. This takes under an hour. Do it this week.
After the April 30, 2027 shutdown, admin access goes away — and with it your menu content, customer list, and order history. Don't schedule this for April 2027.
What to grab: Every category, item name, description, price, photo, modifier/option set, and tax rule.
Format: Spreadsheet + a folder of images. This is the file any migration team — ours included — needs first.
What to grab: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any order-history association.
Legal note: you collected these details for your business, but check your local rules on marketing consent before emailing the list. Keeping the data and spamming it are different things.
Format: CSV or spreadsheet, stored privately.
What to grab: At least 12 months of order totals.
Format: Spreadsheets or screenshots, by month.
What to grab: Operating hours per day, delivery zones and fees, tax rates, preparation time settings, notification preferences, printer/tablet configuration notes.
Format: Screenshots, organized by section.
What to grab: Everywhere your GloriaFood ordering link appears.
Format: Simple list: location → URL.
If a category won't export cleanly, screenshots are a legitimate fallback — a migration team can rebuild from screenshots, just slower. What's not recoverable is data you never look at before the shutdown: log in, check each section, and confirm the export opened correctly before you close the tab.
Send us your menu export and photos — free migration, zero downtime, live in ~14 days.
